One of the educational institutions in captured Mariupol received a mobilization order. The men who work as teachers at the school and were the first to receive Russian passports will be sent to the trenches, the Mariupol City Council reported on Telegram.
The city council mentioned that before that, three employees of the occupiers' Avtodor utility company were also mobilized and "sent to die for the "liberators".
"Such cases are not isolated. This will soon become the new normal. Now the occupiers are looking for a new mobilization resource in utilities and in the city organizations because not everything is so good at the front. So, as expected, Mariupol residents are already officially being used as cannon fodder," the statement said.
There have also been reports of Russians stealing personal vehicles from civilians in Mariupol to use them for their own purposes.
