Public sector employees in occupied Luhansk Region forced to donate blood for wounded occupiers - Regional Administration

Public sector employees in occupied Luhansk Region are forced to donate blood for the wounded occupiers, Luhansk Regional Military Administration reports.

A group of 200 medics from the Russian Federation arrived in Luhansk and Lysychansk to work in military hospitals. Meanwhile, the town's central multidisciplinary hospital in Dovzhansk has also been converted into a hospital for the severely wounded. And employees of public institutions are being forced to donate blood urgently.

Most medical facilities are closed to civilians. However, the occupiers have found a way out and are reporting it officially. For example, 20 civilians have recently been transported to Rostov Region for scheduled treatment.

Since recently, civilians who need hospitalization are to be treated in neighbouring regions of the Russian Federation. It is extremely uncomfortable and difficult for patients but is convenient for militants and their leadership.
