Starting today, a new curfew will be in effect in Kherson Region, the head of the regional military administration Oleksandr Prokudin has announced.
Thus, the curfew will last from 17:00 to 06:30 from 13 March to 17 March.
"Therefore, anyone who needs to leave the region today is advised to do so immediately, and in the future to plan their time in the city and region. I ask you to treat the situation with understanding and seriousness," Prokudin said.
He explained that this decision was made due to information about the possible presence of enemy sabotage groups in Kherson. Therefore, the new curfew will be in effect for the duration of counter-sabotage measures.
Over the past day, Russians targeted Kherson Region 56 times, having fired over 330 shells.
