A total of 1,374 bodies of Ukrainian civilians killed as a result of the Russian invasion were found in Kyiv Region.

In Kyiv Region, 199 bodies of Ukrainians killed during active hostilities remain unidentified, the Head of the Kyiv Region Police, Andriy Nebytov, told Ukrinform.

"We still have 199 unidentified people. In total, we have found 1,374 bodies of Ukrainian civilians killed during active hostilities," he said.

Recently, the Prosecutor General's Office announced that a modern laboratory for conducting war crime examinations would appear in Ukraine. The laboratory is designed for various kinds of ballistic, explosive, and chemical examinations.
