The tenth meeting in the Ramstein format inspires optimism, Ukrainian Defence Minister Oleksiy Reznikov has said on Twitter.
"Strengthening air defence, supply of ammunition, as well as training and formation of an armoured fist," he said.
Reznikov thanked US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin for his leadership and his friends in the anti-Kremlin coalition for their willingness to "stand with Ukraine until it wins the war".
The meeting is held online.
Lloyd Austin earlier said that nine countries had pledged to provide Ukraine with 150 Leopard tanks.
The previous meeting in the Ramstein format was held in Brussels on 14 February. It was attended by more than 50 states that support Ukrainians in the war against Russian occupation.
The meetings of the Ukraine Defence Contact Group began last April at the Ramstein Air Force Base in Germany. The name of the base has become an unofficial designation for meetings of the allies to discuss countering the enemy. The main goal of the meetings is to consolidate efforts to provide Ukrainians with the weapons they need to defend and liberate their territory.
