Russian troops shelled the village of Dvorichna in Kupyansk District, Kharkiv Region, the head of the regional military administration, Oleh Synyehubov, has said on Telegram.

A 63-year-old woman was wounded by shelling at around 13:15, and a 71-year-old local resident was killed, the Kharkiv regional prosecutor's office said.

At 15:40, Russians shelled Dvorichna again: a 75-year-old man was wounded. He was taken to hospital where he died.
