President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has appointed the ambassador of Ukraine to the Swiss Confederation, Iryna Venediktova, as non-residential ambassador to Liechtenstein.
Last summer, the Ukrainian parliament authorised the dismissal of suspended Prosecutor-General Iryna Venediktova. The president explained that her dismissal was due to a large number of suspicions of treason and collaboration involving law enforcement officials.
In November, Zelenskyy appointed Venediktova as ambassador to Switzerland.
