Russia has launched a missile attack on Balakliya, Izyum District, Kharkiv Region, according to a Telegram post by the head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, Oleh Synyehubov.
Preliminarily, an S-300 missile hit the territory of one of the car parks. According to preliminary reports, five civilians were injured.
Two women aged 75 and one woman aged 50 sustained explosive injuries. Two men, aged 20 and 85, have relatively light injuries. Currently, medics are providing the victims with the necessary assistance.
