President Volodymyr Zelenskyy chaired a meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Staff.

According to the president's evening address, the meeting focused on the situation on the frontline and the supply of weapons, ammunition and equipment to the military. It also discussed the mitigation of the consequences of the Russian attack on the city of Dnipro.

Zelenskyy said that Defence Minister Oleksiy Reznikov had reported on the results of the meeting to Ramstein. "Good results," the president said.

Ground Forces Commander Oleksandr Syrskyy reported on the situation in Donbas.

The president added that "we will do everything possible, everything impossible, to speed up the supply of more and better air defence systems to Ukraine - this is literally a daily issue for working with partners".

"This week we have also made significant progress on modern aviation for Ukraine, which will be a key component of our air defence. We are moving forward with defence modernisation faster than we could have predicted six months ago," Zelenskyy said.
