Russian troops again launched a missile attack on the city of Dnipro on 26 May, the head of the regional military administration, Serhiy Lysak, has said.
"Ruscist bastards hit a medical facility. There are victims," he wrote on Telegram.
As of 7.13 p.m., 31 victims were reported. According to the Dnipro regional prosecutor's office, the victims of Russian aggression include boys aged 3 and 6.
"Nine apartment buildings, private households, and cars of city residents were damaged," the prosecutor's office said.
Lysak added that 16 victims were hospitalised. Eight doctors are among the wounded.
"Two men died - 69 and 57 years old," Lysak said.
In addition to the medical facility and the veterinary hospital, a sports centre and an educational institution, several high-rise buildings, a private house, and 12 cars were damaged.
