Russia to gain nothing and lose everything along with those who are still trying to help it in terror - Zelenskyy

"When Russia started its aggression, it thought that everyone in the world despised people as much as the masters of the Russian Federation. But the world turned out to be different. And anyone who goes against the world will become a marginal."

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Russia will gain nothing and lose everything, along with those who are still trying to help it in terror.

"When Russia started this aggression, it looked at the world as if it were a mirror. They thought that everyone in the world was as cynical and despised people as the masters of Russia. But the world is different - the world helps us protect life. And anyone who goes against the world will become a marginal. Russia will gain nothing and lose everything. Along with those who are still trying to help it in terror," the president said in his evening address.

He noted that today is another sanctions day. There are sanctions against legal entities and individuals working for terror. Most of them are Russian.

A total of 220 companies and 51 individuals. These are enterprises of the military-industrial complex and related Russian companies. Companies that serve the war. And the people through whom these companies are managed.

"Not all of them operate on the territory of the terrorist state, some of them are in other countries. But all of them will receive global pressure. Step by step, we are collecting complete data on everyone who works for aggression - directly or indirectly. Each such person will be blocked, and our Ukrainian sanctions are either already synchronised or will be synchronised with the sanctions of the free world," the president said.

He noted that Ukraine would continue its sanctions steps, and new sanctions packages are in the pipeline, even more extensive ones.

Zelenskyy also thanked Ukraine's allies for their assistance this week, as well as the Ukrainian military for defending the country from the enemy.
