Ukrainian soldiers repelled all Russian attacks in the area of Maryinka, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has said.

In in the Kupyansk sector, Russian troops conducted unsuccessful offensives west of Masyutivka in Kharkiv Region and in the directions of Novoselivske and Stelmakhivka in Luhansk Region. In the Lyman sector, the Russian offensive in the vicinity of Bilohorivka was unsuccessful, and in the Bakhmut sector - in the direction of Orikhovo-Vasylivka and Bila Hora.

During the day, the Russians launched two missile and 22 air strikes and fired about 20 times from multiple launch rocket systems at Ukrainian troops' positions and settlements.

The Russians continue to focus their main efforts on attempts to fully occupy Luhansk and Donetsk regions. Over the last day, the Defence Forces repelled 16 enemy attacks there.

Meanwhile, Ukrainian aviation carried out nine strikes on the clusters of Russian personnel and military equipment. Ukrainian defenders destroyed two Russian reconnaissance UAVs.
