During his visit to Moldova for the summit of the European Political Community, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held an informal meeting with the prime ministers of the United Kingdom Rishi Sunak, the Netherlands' Mark Rutte, Poland's Mateusz Morawiecki, Denmark's Mette Frederiksen, Sweden's Ulf Kristersson and Belgium's Alexander de Kroo.

According to the president's website, they discussed practical issues related to the start of training of Ukrainian pilots on F-16 fighters and other types of aircraft. They agreed to start this process in the near future.

They also discussed the future supply of aircraft and the creation of the necessary infrastructure for them.

In addition, Zelenskyy and the members of the "fighter jet coalition" agreed to continue working on an official decision to create a coalition of combat aircraft (Ukraine's Sky Shield) at the next meeting in the Ramstein format after future consultations with the US side.

Another topic of the meeting was the need to form a Patriot coalition against the backdrop of Russia's increased missile attacks on Ukrainian cities.
