Russia hit a residential high-rise building in Kharkiv Region with a guided missile, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Synyehubov, has said on Telegram.
"Last night, the enemy struck with a KAB-250 guided air bomb at the village of Kivsharivka, Kupyansk District. A hit was recorded near a five-storey residential building. The building was damaged, a wall collapsed in one of the apartments. A neighbouring nine-storey building was also damaged," Synyehubov said.
According to him, a woman aged 74 died. Three other women and one man were injured. Their condition is of moderate severity.
He also said that at night, an S-300 missile hit a non-residential building in the village of Velykyy Burluk, Kupyansk District, damaging it and causing a fire.
Over the past 24 hours, Russian invaders fired artillery, mortars and other weapons at settlements in Bohodukhiv, Kharkiv, Izyum, Chuhuyiv and Kupyansk districts.
