Eleonora Maltseva, a resident of Kotsyubynske in Kyiv Region, got killed in the war against the Russian occupiers, village head Serhiy Danysh has said.
"Eleonora will always be remembered as cheerful and smiling, even on the front lines. During the antiterrorist operation, I had the opportunity to personally visit our defender. My sincere condolences to her family and friends!" he wrote.
According to Danysh, Maltseva was not only a volunteer, but also a futsal player for the Bilychanka club and the Ukrainian national team.
