Counter-battery fighting continues on the eastern bank of the Dnipro River in Kherson Region, Natalya Humenyuk, head of the joint press centre of the Defence and Security Forces South, has said, Channel 24 reports.
The Russian occupiers are trying to manoeuvre, but take losses.
"We do not observe the formation of new strike groups, but there are constant manoeuvres with existing forces. The enemy has no rest in any location," noted Humenyuk.
Since the Russian occupiers need to replenish their forces in the Zaporizhzhya and Eastern directions, they sometimes transfer their military from Kherson Region. As a result, Russian defences are weakened here.
