A Russian drone hit a civil facility in Chernihiv Region late on 21 August, the head of the Chernihiv regional military administration, Vyacheslav Chaus, has said.
"Unfortunately, a Shahed hit a civil facility in a population centre in a border community," he noted.
Two days earlier, a Russian ballistic missile killed at least seven and injured almost 200 in Chernihiv.
