Over the past day in the south, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed 52 occupants, three tanks and a number of enemy military and automotive vehicles.
The head of the Joint Coordination Press Center of the Southern Defence Forces Nataliya Humenyuk said this on a national telethon, Ukrinform reports.
"Over the past combat day, as a result of our troops' firing missions, 52 occupants, three tanks, a multiple launch rocket system, as well as three large-caliber guns, traditionally, a boat and a self-propelled artillery system were destroyed," Humenyuk said.
She added that the defenders continue to destroy the enemy's vehicles, which the occupiers use to continue their maneuvers.
"11 less units," said Humenyuk.
Over yesterday, the Ukrainian Armed Forces eliminated 550 more Russians. In total, Russia has already lost almost 270,000 troops in Ukraine.
The operational situation in the east and south of Ukraine remains quite difficult. Over the past day, 30 combat clashes took place at the front.
