Russian occupants have committed another war crime against the civilian population of Kharkiv Region, said the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Synyehubov.
Today, the enemy struck the city of Kupyansk with a guided aerial bomb.
Three civilians were killed as a result of the attack. Emergency services are currently working at the site. The information is being updated.
Updated. The death toll has risen to six, according to the RMA head Oleg Synyehubov.
"Four men and two women died as a result of an enemy attack with a KAB in Kupyansk. Emergency services continue to inspect the
site of the hit," he said in a statement.
On the morning of 19 September, Russians shelled Kherson with artillery. A police sergeant was killed and trolleybus passengers were injured. The warehouse also caught fire.
