On the morning of 21 September, Russians fired missiles at the city of Rivne.
This was reported on Telegram by the head of the Rivne Regional Military Administration Vitaliy Koval.
"Rivne. There are hits of enemy missiles. The relevant services are working," the message says.
Later, the Internal Ministry reported that there were hits to energy and civilian infrastructure. The service station and five cars on its territory were damaged. There were no human casualties.
"Part of Rivne district is without electricity. Rivneoblenergo crews are actively working to restore it," Koval said.
Later, the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that rescuers had eliminated the consequences of a missile strike on a civilian infrastructure facility.
"As a result of a missile strike on a civilian infrastructure facility, a fire broke out in the service station's utility rooms over an area of 100 sq.m. The fire destroyed five cars and damaged three. Two buildings were also damaged," the ministry wrote.
At about 06:23, explosions were heard in the city, and electricity went out in part of Rivne, Suspilne reports.
At 04:00, the Air Force warned of the threat of cruise missiles being launched from Tu-95MS strategic bombers.
In the early morning hours of 21 September, Russia attacked Kharkiv and Kyiv, Cherkasy, Khmelnytskyy, and Lviv Regions with missiles. At least seven people were injured in Kyiv, two in Kharkiv, and five in Cherkasy Region. The information is being clarified.
