Despite suffering huge losses, Russian troops continue their assaults in the area of Avdiyivka in Donetsk Region. Yesterday, many shelling and bombardments by aircraft were recorded, reports Vitaliy Barabash, head of the Avdiyivka city military administration.
"Small arms fighting is going on day and night. The Russians are sending large forces with infantry and armoured vehicles, their losses are insane, but this does not stop them, the assaults continue. They are coming like crazy, dozens of them are lying down and after a while they are coming again. There are a lot of them," said the MA chief.
According to him, Russians has been using less armoured vehicles in recent days due to the rising humidity.
