On the morning of 22 October, the Russian army attacked Kupyansk in Kharkiv Region. Three people were seriously injured, including two children, the head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, Oleh Synyehubov, has said.
"Today around 7:00 am the enemy fired on Kupyansk. There were hits to residential buildings, three people were wounded," he said. "A 15-year-old girl and a 63-year-old woman were hospitalised in serious condition. A 17-year-old boy is in moderate condition."
