Russia launched a missile attack on Kryvyy Rih in Dnipropetrovsk Region.
"The enemy fired a missile at a dacha co-operative in Kryvyy Rih. A 60-year-old man was killed. My sincere condolences to the family," the head of the regional military administration, Serhiy Lysak, said.
He added that a 57-year-old woman received shrapnel wounds. She is in hospital in serious condition.
The shelling caused a fire, which rescuers have already extinguished.
All the consequences of the strike are currently being established.
