The Kyiv District Administrative Court on January 10 granted the lawsuit of the former head of the Cassation Economic Court within the Supreme Court, Bogdan Lvov, regarding his reinstatement as a judge, Radio Liberty reports. The court also approved the payment of Lvov's salary for the period when he was not working due to "forced absence."
The Supreme Court has declined to comment on whether they plan to appeal the decision of the Kyiv District Administrative Court.
