The head of the Dnipropetrovsk RMA, Serhiy Lysak, also provided details. He noted that the debris of a Russian missile fell on one of the enterprises in Dnipro."A 38-year-old man was wounded. He has a head injury, contusion and a broken arm. He is in hospital in moderate condition. There is also damage to the building and equipment," the statement said.
