At around 11 o'clock, the Russian army shelled the centre of Vovchansk, Kharkiv Region, with artillery.
A 61-year-old woman was killed and another person was wounded. At the time of the shelling, they were at the market, Oleh Synyehubov, head of the Kharkiv RMA, wrote on Telegram.
"As a result of the occupier's actions, a 61-year-old civilian woman died of a mine-blast injury, and another 50-year-old civilian was wounded," the statement said.
