Ukrainian bulletproof vest manufacturer Balistyka has reported that its office was searched. The showroom is closed due to the investigation, the company said in a statement.
"Dear friends, unfortunately, due to searches at our office, the showroom on Heroes of Sevastopol is closed. Also, the technical support in the online store is not working," the company said.
They promised to inform about the resumption of work separately. The reason for the investigative actions was not provided.
Updated. The owner of Balistyka Oleksandr Dovgyy, has reported that the search has been completed. According to him, the searches were carried out by the national police, and everything happened within the framework of the current legislation. Some documents and equipment were seized from the company. Dovgyy added that the investigative actions were related to the statement of the owner of the company, which is engaged in militarism, due to alleged forgery of documents. The owner of Balistyka thanked the police for their adequacy.
