Polish farmers have started blocking traffic at another checkpoint, Korczowa-Krakivets, the State Border Service of Ukraine has warned.
The protest began at around 2 p.m. on 13 February.
According to Polish border guards, the picketers intend to block the movement of trucks travelling to Ukraine for an hour. There will be no blocking of passenger transport.
· According to the State Customs Service, in addition to Korczowa-Krakivets, five more checkpoints are currently blocked. These include Dorohusk-Yahodyn, Zosin-Ustyluh, Hrebenne-Rava Ruska, and Dolhobyczow-Uhryniv. The Shehyni-Medyka checkpoint was partially blocked.
· Polish farmers resumed the blockade after the European Commission recommended extending the "economic visa-free regime" with Ukraine for another year.
