A Russian artillery attack on the village of Velyka Pysarivka in Sumy Region hit a local resident, the Sumy regional prosecutor's office has said.
The Russians have been pummeling the Verlyka Pysarivka community for six hours.
At least seven cottage houses and two vehicles were damaged.
A pre-trial investigation has been opened into the violation of laws and customs of war combined with premeditated murder (Article 438 Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
