President Volodymyr Zelenskyy explained the replacement of the Commander-in-Chief of the Army and other commanders as a result of the need to "reformat". In an interview with the US TV channel Fox News, he said that some things had not changed over time.

"We have to be faster. That means getting rid of all the bureaucracy we have," he said.

Zelenskyy added that we also need to become more technologically smart, more technologically advanced and faster.

"Time is money. In our case, it is not money, but human lives," the president said.

Zelenskyy added that he was grateful to former Chief Valeriy Zaluzhnyy for what he had done for the country.
