On 24 February, Russians shelled Bilozerka in Kherson Region.
According to Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson regional military administration, the Russian shelling claimed the life of a 35-year-old woman.
Her husband is among the wounded, and another resident was at home with her one-year-old child, who, fortunately, was not injured. However, the mother had to be taken to hospital.
In total, five people are known to be wounded.
"All the victims were taken to hospital with explosive injuries and shrapnel wounds. They are being provided with medical care," Prokudin said.
The regional prosecutor's office reported that civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged by the shelling.
