The head of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov, does not believe that the president dismissed Valeriy Zaluzhnyy from the post of commander-in-chief because of personal disagreements, he said in an interview with CBC.
Budanov believes that there can hardly be personal disagreements between them, one of whom is directly subordinate to the other. He also made it clear that he believes the decision to replace Zaluzhnyy was the right one.
"If everything is fine, everything is great and everything is being done right, then why are we in such situation?" he said.
