In the first two months of this year - January and February - Ukrainian manufacturers produced about 200,000 FPV drones. This was reported by Deputy Minister for Strategic Industries Hanna Hvozdyar, Forbes Ukraine reports.
Hvozdyar noted that President Volodymyr Zelenskyy "spoke about 1 million drones - our capacities already allow us to produce even more."
The deputy head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade assured that in 2024, production capacity will reach the level of two million drones of various types, including FPV.
Hvozdyar added that FPV drones of the "wing" type are currently under development, as well as light reconnaissance drones, which can be called an analogue of Mavic.
