According to updated information, the Defence Forces hit not only two large landing ships Azov and Yamal in Crimea, but also the Ivan Khurs. This vessel suffered damage to the reconnaissance equipment in the stern of the ship, said Navy spokesman Dmytro Pletenchuk during a telethon.

In fact, this ship is not currently in a state of combat readiness. It is unable to carry out its tasks.

In addition, the defenders struck the ship Konstyantyn Olshanskyy, which the Russians stole from Ukraine during the occupation of Crimea.

"For nine years, the occupiers have been looting it. They were removing the equipment from it. Accordingly, they used it to repair our own ships in this project. It was impossible to order it in Poland, as they tried, through all sorts of fake agencies," Pletenchuk said.

During the full-scale invasion, after the loss of their own large amphibious assault ships, the Russians decided to repair the stolen Ukrainian vessel. They wanted to pass it off as a restored Minsk or Olenegorskiy gornyak. The occupiers repaired the ship for a year, but the Defence Forces decided to destroy it. The ship was hit by a Ukrainian Neptune missile.
