Yesterday, emergency power cuts were applied in four Regions of Ukraine, namely Odesa, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk and Khmelnytskyy Regions and during peak hours in Khmelnytskyy Region, according to the instructions of Ukrenergo dispatchers. This was reported by the Ministry of Energy.
They also added that there is no electricity shortage. No emergency assistance will be provided. Commercial electricity imports are planned for the current day.
In addition, the heating season in Kherson was terminated due to weather conditions.
Two TPP units have been taken out of service for short-term repairs.
As a result of hostile shelling, overhead power lines in Chernihiv Region were damaged, leaving more than 1,800 consumers in 12 settlements without electricity.
As a result of the hostilities, an overhead line in the frontline area in Kharkiv Region was disconnected and a substation supplying electricity to household consumers was de-energised.
An above-ground gas supply pipeline was damaged in Nikopol as a result of hostilities. Gas supply to 5 consumers was cut off.
