This morning, a Russian missile hit the centre of Slovyansk in Donetsk Region. As a result, high-rise buildings were damaged, but fortunately, there were no casualties. This was reported by the Slovyansk City Military Administration with reference to its head Vadym Lyakh.
"It's a bad morning in Slovyansk today. At around 7 a.m., the city was shelled, a rocket hit the central part of the city - Poshtova Street. We are holding on, we are together. Take care of yourself," Lyakh said in a video message.
Donetsk Region is under constant shelling by Russian troops. Almost every day the Russian army kills and injures civilians, destroys residential and administrative buildings, energy and infrastructure facilities.
