Russians shot at a civilian car in the border town of Novhorod-Siverskyy district. The man was killed. This was reported by the head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration Vyacheslav Chaus.
"Russian terrorists shot a civilian car in the border area of Novhorod-Siverskyy district. Unfortunately, a man who was carrying food to the people was killed. Terrorists!!!" the statement reads.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine added that the Russian army targeted a civilian car of a resident of Novhorod-Siverskyy. As a result of the shelling, a car fire broke out, a man born in 1990 died on the spot.
