Three people were injured in an air strike on a residential area in the city of Sumy, the press service of the Sumy Regional Military Administration reports.
"Today, at 14.55, Russians carried out an airstrike on civilian infrastructure and the residential sector of the city of Sumy. The strike preliminarily injured three people," the statement said.
Ukrzaliznytsya added that "there were no casualties at the Sumy railway station as a result of the enemy shelling: all passengers and employees of the station have just left the shelter."
The strike damaged the station windows, but the tracks are intact, and all trains will arrive and depart as scheduled.
The airstrike partially destroyed the roof of a non-residential building, caused a fire, damaged windows in two administrative non-residential buildings and 73 windows in three residential buildings.
