The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) has found the former head of the Accounting Chamber Valeriy Patskan not guilty in the case of receiving compensation for housing.
Valeriy Patskan posted this on Facebook, attaching the relevant court ruling.
"The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court has made a decision - I was found not guilty, and the political case against me was closed. The law has won. Politicians lost," Patskan wrote.
The court ruled to close the case due to the absence of a criminal offence in Valeriy Patskan's actions.
