Shortly before midnight, Russians fired two ballistic missiles at Odesa. Iskanders with a cluster warhead were used again.
According to the head of the Odesa regional military administration, Oleh Kiper, three people were killed in the attack. Three more were wounded and are being treated. There is damage to civilian infrastructure.
The information about casualties and damage was confirmed by the mayor, Hennadiy Trukhanov.
