Russians attack Shevchenkivskyy district of Kharkiv, 15 wounded (updated)

Russian occupants attacked the Shevchenkivskyy district of Kharkiv, - said the head of the RMA Oleh Synyehubov.

Update. The Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office reported that as of 18.55, 14 wounded civilians were known. Later, they clarified that the number of wounded had increased to fifteen. 

Twenty apartment buildings were damaged.The Russian armed forces shelled the town with UMPB D30-SN bombs.A total of three hits were recorded in the area.Prosecutors and police investigators are working at the scene to document the war crime. Criminal proceedings have been initiated under Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. 

Update. As of 15:30, medics are treating ten injured people at two of the hit addresses. The data is being updated. The occupants hit the private sector between the houses, there are damages to households, the blast wave damaged windows. Apartment buildings and cars were damaged. The consequence elimination is ongoing.

"According to preliminary information, there are victims and damage to civilian infrastructure. Specialised services continue to inspect the area," Synyehubov said in a statement.

Update. As of 15:00, it is known that a private house in Kharkiv was hit. There are two victims," Terekhov wrote.

As of 14:48, according to the mayor of Kharkiv, there are five known casualties as a result of the enemy strike.

According to Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov, the strike took place in a residential area.

"There is preliminary information about two wounded. Specialised services continue to examine the area," he said.
