On 19 May, Russia may have lost the last Kalibr missile carrier in Crimea, the Black Sea Fleet ship Cyclone.

The head of the press centre of the Defence Forces South, Dmytro Pletenchuk, said this during a telethon, commenting on the information about the possible damage to the missile carrier in Sevastopol, Ukrinform reports.

"Apparently, all the personnel were hit. They are very impressed now. We are currently verifying the rest of the information, but of course, there is a possibility that the Black Sea Fleet in Crimea has lost its last cruise missile carrier," Pletenchuk said.

He noted that we should wait for official confirmation of the information.

The media reported that the Russian Navy ship Cyclone, which is a Kalibr carrier, was allegedly sunk in the temporarily occupied Sevastopol. It was reported that it came under a missile attack, which killed six Russian Black Sea Fleet servicemen and injured 11 others.
