There was an explosion in Odesa. The mayor of the city, Hennadiy Trukhanov, wrote about it on Telegram at 9:28 am.
A few minutes earlier, an air raid alert was declared in the Region. The Air Force warned of a ballistic threat.
"There is a threat of ballistic weapons use in the areas where air alert has been declared! Do not ignore air alert signals!" the military called.
