The Financial Times has estimated that since the start of the full-scale invasion, Russia has destroyed more than half of Ukraine's electricity production, Ekonomichna Pravda reports.
"Before Russia's full-scale invasion, Ukraine's domestic electricity production was about 55 GW of electricity, which was one of the largest in Europe. Now, this production capacity has fallen below 20 GW due to shelling and Russian occupation, which has put power plants out of commission," the report said.
