Germany has not changed its position on refusing to send its military instructors to Ukraine. This was stated by Chancellor Olaf Scholz at a press conference with the Ukrainian president in Berlin.
He explained that Germany is focused on strengthening Ukraine's air defence - this is its main task and it seeks to involve as many allies as possible. He also reminded that Germany is the most supportive country in Europe.
‘As for the training of the Ukrainian military on its territory, we are not changing anything,’ he said.
