Novooleksandrivka in Kherson Region under massive attack by Russian troops

On Friday, 28 June, the Russian army launched massive artillery attacks on Novooleksandrivka in Beryslav district, Kherson Region. The shelling caused fires. A civilian was killed and another woman was injured.

This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin. 

"Novooleksandrivka, located in Beryslav district, came under a massive attack by Russian troops. Enemy artillery fired twenty-five shells at the village. Residential buildings, outbuildings and a firefighters' vehicle were damaged," said Prokudin. 

A 58-year-old woman died as a result of the shelling. A 70-year-old local resident was also injured. She was taken to hospital. 

In addition, a resident of Antonivka who came under Russian shelling was admitted to the hospital. The 33-year-old victim was diagnosed with contusion and explosive trauma.
