On the night of 1 August, the Russian army launched a missile attack on one of the railway stations in Kharkiv Region, Ukrzaliznytsya reports.
As a result of the attack, the conductor sustained shrapnel wounds to her head. She received first aid and refused hospitalisation.
This time there were no casualties.
The damage includes two locomotives, freight and passenger cars. There is also damage to the tracks and power supply facilities.
The suburban train schedules have been adjusted on a case-by-case basis, and long-distance trains continue to run using backup diesel locomotives.
