Russian forces may have captured the entire Vovchansk aggregate plant, according to the US-based Institute for the Study of War (ISW).

The report says that geo-located footage released on 28 July shows Ukrainian troops conducting a drone strike on a large pile of ammunition in the eastern part of the Vovchansk aggregate plant. The Institute's analysts believe that this indicates that Russian troops have probably completely seized the plant. However, it is not known when exactly this happened.

For its part, this morning, the Kharkiv Operational and Tactical Group reported on the operational situation in the north of Kharkiv Region. In particular, the report states that in Vovchansk, the enemy is supplying medicines and food to the aggregate plant in the area of the plant using UAVs. They do not report the complete capture of the plant by the occupiers.

It should be noted that about a month ago, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Synyehubov, reported that the Russian military in Vovchansk remained blocked at one of the industrial enterprises.
