A mother and her two daughters were evacuated from the temporarily occupied Kherson Region. The children are 3 and 5 years old.
This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin.
According to the head of the Military Administration, the woman could not leave the occupied part of the region on her own. The Ministry of Reintegration and the Ukrainian Child Rights Network helped to evacuate the family.
"It took 15 days to prepare for the departure, a third of which was spent on the road. The main thing is that now the mother and her child are safe and receive the necessary support," said Prokudin.
Since the beginning of 2024, 154 children from the Kherson Region have been returned to the territory controlled by Ukraine.
