On 15 August, at around 15.30, Russians attacked a civilian enterprise in the Kupyansk district of Kharkiv Region with guided aerial bombs.
This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Synyehubov.
According to him, two civilians were killed. According to preliminary data, another person, an employee of the enterprise, was wounded.
Emergency services are working at the site of the hit, Synyehubov added.
